A history of insight that brings favourable outcomes.

Our firm was founded by Rob Richards in 2001. Prior to establishing the firm, Rob had been a respected commercial and tax adviser for 30 years at several large firms in Adelaide. In 2021, Rob retired from the firm, after nearly 50 years of practice.

His daughter Lucy joined the firm in 2010. Lucy was a partner of Fisher Jeffries (now Dentons) with a background in banking and finance, and corporate and commercial matters.

Tom Evans joined the firm in 2017, having been a partner at Iles Selley Lawyers, a specialist litigation firm. Tom is not only a partner of the firm, but, in keeping with the firm’s family connection, he is also married to Lucy.

In 2020, we welcomed Greg Tye as a partner. Greg joined the firm after 30 years at Norman Waterhouse Lawyers, where he practised as a litigator in intellectual property disputes.
